    Display no longer shows on 1537?

    i'm not sure what i did or what i turned off but when i change the volume or the brightness, the pop-up display showing the level change no longer, well... pop-up. i can still change the volume and the brightness but without showing the levels.

    how do i fix this? thanks!

    nevermind, figured it out. it's the quickset. i disabled it in the startup via msconfig to get better performance. ahh.. i like it so i might as well bring it back.
