Long story short, I was promised by an dell epp rep(even asked her mutiple times to make sure, she said yes' i would get the head+mouse promo when i made my m15x purchase, when my order arrived after a month, they told me i won't be getting it because it was not on my statement, told her if i don't get it I'm returning it by the end of the 30 day period, she told me she would call me back later and decide (been over 4 days already). The laptop is great, but the support dell gives is dead sh*t, just a bunch of liers and half assed worker. The laptop was already overpriced compared to the others like sager anyway.

If I don't get a call by next week I'll be calling my cc company and force a full refund on my purchase and explain to them what happened. If they can't even keep their promises how the hell are they even going to keep their customers.

You better just call now and get a refund is that's what you want. You're not going to get a response. Your sales rep just told she'd call you back in hopes you'd forget about it or lose interest. I don't get why they don't care but believe me they don't.

Are you sure it's 30 days? I thought it was 21 days or less and then you could send it back if you don't like it, you would be charged a restocking fee. But, if you are are not pleased I would definetly send it back. I just placed an order for an XPS 1340 and plan on doing just that if I don't like it.

Yeah i had a feeling they wouldn't care after almost a week of not calling back, I'll call them tomorrow and get an RMA, if they won't give me back my full refund I'll just call my cc company and told them they scammed me and I want a full refund, or else I'll just get myself a new cc. I'm tired of the crap they been pulling, I'll just go and order the sager. Thought I'd give dell a try, and really regret doing so.

    Merry X-mas everyone :D

The rep i talked to told me 30 days/month, maybe the b*tch was lying(not surprised) and just want to void my return.

    I'll call in tmr(hopefully it's open because of x-mas
