Whoever posted about the Dell 700M and their 10 days to return... I have no complaints against my 700M purchase. I have always been given good customer service. One problem was that my ac adapter went out. No Pwr. Accessed my account and tag info. They emailed me that a new one was sent (one to 2 days after emailing). Then upon receiving the item, I had to call Airborne Express for a pick up -Prepaid within 5 days or Dell will bill you for the replacement. 5 days to call for a pickup - not for Dell to receive the actual returned item.

The Dell 700m is still going strong. Some minor integration problems such as with some 3rd party software like Mobile reader and Missing link. But it is not a Dell problem.

For me, my first pc window's laptop is still my best choice over Sony, IBM and HP. But again, that is only my opinion.
    Take care.
