Do the system ship out on the est ship date

Hi,
i have a vostro 1400 estimates to ship out on the 12th with the next day shipping....normally does it ship out on that day or does it change in the last minute....i mean it is just 2 days for the system to ship ...does it ever change in the last minute....i really need this system to go out on the 12th as i have a next day shipping......im going out of us on the 17th.....what have been the experiences that the systems ships on the right shipping date

Do the system ship out on the est ship date...or if there is a change in the same when do they inform the customers about the same... cos my shipping date is day after tom...

help is appreciated

 

If you are really lucky, and I mean REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY lucky, then maybe you'll get your system with only 1 or 2 days' delay.

 

If you buy from the small business website versus the home and home office website, your chances of getting it out on time are substantially increased. There are a few features on the business side that you won't be able to get that you could on home and home office, but if you are getting a vostro it's probably a little more likely. It also seems to depend upon your location. Bottom line though, if you need one in a hurry then either buy from the dell outlet or buy elsewhere.

 

I bought my Latitude laptop from the business side of the Del web site with 3-5 day free shipping. The order confirmation email originally gave a ship date of 10/16. It actually shipped on 10/10 and arrived on 10/11. I am pleased!
