I know you have a no questions asked return policy for 21 days, but I've had my Inspiron 6000 longer than that. A Dell Chat Associate said it would be up to Dell Customer Care, but I haven't had a chance to call them yet. Do you know if they allow returns after the date, or do you have to send it in for repairs to convince them that a certain problem can't be fixed?
