I've read that using the enhancements is not recommended as they push the speakers past their limits and shorten their lifespan. What do you guys think? I personally want to use them as disabling them significantly lowers the volume output but I'm a bit scared with regards to longevity. I used my old Dell laptop with enhancements on and eventually blew its subwoofer after a few years but I don't know if it was caused by Maxx Audio or not.
