I generally use a wireless mouse with my laptop when at my desk but when on the sofa or whatever I find it very easy to use the touchpad. Which do you use generally?

I leave my laptop on my desk and use an external mouse. Touchpad gives me cramps after a while.

When I'm on the go I use the touchpad cause an external mouse takes up more space and is an extra item to carry. It even drains my battery faster.

For general Windows use, I prefer TrackPoint to both mouse and touchpad. Of course, mouse is still best for gaming and photoshop. Can't stand touchpad.

Hi! I have only been using the "touchpad" to "force" myself to learn to use the "touchpad" easily (and to be able to maneuver around, etc) ~ mainly because the 1530 is my first lappy ever.

Once, I feel really comfortable w/my nimble fingers, I am going to purchase a Wireless Mouse. :) LOL

I never use my touch pad.. Unless I'm on the couch, which is rare.

Generally I'm always at the desk with my razer 3G mouse. lol

External mouse [and keyboard] when plugged in, which is most of the time. Both are wireless.

The touchpad isn't bad but you can't use it for gaming at all. It takes longer for me before getting tired when using a mouse than when using the touchpad.

I use my VX nano when at a desk; most of the time, and the touchpad anywhere else.
