This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Will the 64bit be provided free of cost (if the order is accepted) or will dell charge any fee/shipping cost to send out the disc's

    I live in india. contacted technical support here.
    After 15min managed to speak with a representative. i explained everything, global policy etc,.
    But she said she cannot help me and said i should contact microsoft about the matter..later after discussion she said she will transfer me to customer service..but after 2 mins the line was disconnected

    After that i called over and over..but ccouldn't speak with any representative for an hour.
    I have sent the mail to technical support and waiting for the response..hopefully i will get one tomorrow
