    Hey guys,

    First let me say that I need to buy this laptop from Best buy because I have $600 in gift cards there.
    I was about to buy the 14" HP laptop when I noticed this one on their website. The only problem is, I don't see it in BLACK (only red and white). Do they not sell it in black??

    Sell the bestbuy card on ebay for about 90% of its value and buy off Dell.com. You will still save way more money.

    There's a pretty good market for best buy gift cards on ebay. ie. you won't have a problem selling it (as long as you start the auction at a low enough number).

    The red xps's look really really nice. Much better than the black in my opinion. Did you look at them in person? They are really sharp looking.

    I just priced it out at Dell.com and it came out to more money than what best buy has it for

    you must not be pricing it right...please do not buy from best buy, that place is a total rip off.

    how much are you looking to spend and for what config?

    Dell offers many good deals.. are you able to use any employee discounts ? Dell gives 12% off to employees and students of thousands of different organizations...

    On top of that they have many discounts that apply.

    Best buy adds an amount even to the basic undiscounted dell price.
