I graduated from college over 3 years ago but my school's Dell Premier site is accessible to anyone. I can save an extra 7% on anything by using this but on the checkout page it asks for your school ID number.

So...does anyone know if they actually check this?

If you graduate, you are considered an *alumni*. Isn't Alumi still applicable w/most schools associated with Dell's Uni discounts?? ;)

Dell has the right to check every order..it's up to them whether or not they do. :)

They do occaisionally check. My friend got caught out; he had been doing this since he left university, he'd bought two machines after leaving, and then the third he got caught on. Dell held up his order until he paid the full amount.
