Yes. It does, however, need the proper antennas in the system. You also need a SIM card if it's flashed for AT&T.

Depending on the system, it might not have the antennas if you didn't order it that way. Not all of the antennas support GPS even through the mobile broadband works.
No need to pay for the service, the GPS works regardless.

I have an Adamo and it has GPS. It works great. I use my HTC TP2 as a wifi router because I don't have wireless broadband connection from either AT&T or other cellular carrier.

It doesn't if you have a map program installed like Streets and Trips. Trust me, it works.
