    Does Dell have free returns on outlet laptops?

    i'm looking into getting another studio 1555 to see if it has the same fan issues mine has. If it does, i would most likely return it, but if it doesn't i'll keep it and sell mine. Was just wondering if they offer free returns or if there's a restocking fee. i think with their non-outlet laptops there are free returns right?

    They can charge you a restocking fee, i forget what the percentage is, but it is in your order confirmation paperwork / emails.

    yeah i read that part, but it doesnt' mention if Outlet returns are the same, but it probably is. If the fan goes off to often, even during regular web browsing, I personally consider that defective...
