    Does Dell still ship Windows OS (not System Restore) DVDs with systems?

    I would like to have the full Dell-branded Windows OS DVD but I am not sure if Dell has discontinued this. Do they still ship these out? If not, do they charge for it or can I just get it for free?

    Yes, every system but the Adamo comes with OS and Software/Drivers DVD's.

    You have to use the form.

    That's what I did because the Adamo comes with no discs. Just wait until you get your system as you need the service tag to fill out the form, IIRC.

    Well, then.

    Looks like they are sending media now - good to know!

    My other 2 Adamo's didn't come with any discs.
