I have purchased a display port to hdmi adapter and connect two lcd monitors to the studio 14z, but it will not allow me to use both at the same time, even if I disable the laptop display.

It says the gpu only support single display, this is with windows 7 x86. Using the drivers from dells website.

Has anyone successfully connect to external monitors and got them to work?

I think laptops can usually drive two displays, but has to be through 1 analog and 1 digital output. So VGA + HDMI would work or VGA + Displayport. But I don't think Displayport + HDMI does.
