I know here is for laptop, but I like to ask some question?
I have purchased a Dell Monitor on UK Dell website, and I was going to cancel the order but it was too late to cancel because It has been shipped, so I have went to Dell return policy online and it said after recieve the product, must contact customer service in 7 days for arrange return collection and refund will be given after the Item is been receive by Dell.

What If I used the Monitor only for a hour to trying out, will I able to return it or it will be count as used Item and not able to return it? In UK many online shopping website saying Item must be in unused condition and not opend If customer want to return the Item back, but I didnt see UK dell saying anything about the condition for returning.

I like to ask does someone knowing about UK Dell return policy and condition of the purchase. I have try to contact by phone but it always went to Dell india customer reception and there are usless and very unhelpful.

I imagine this would be OK as you would want to look at the monitor to see if it matched your expectations in terms of colour, contrast and brightness.

I hope so anyway because I'm wanting to return my Studio 1558 after using it for a few days and deciding I couldn't live with the noisy DVD drive

yes you can return it under the UK DSR act. Just tell them it does not meet your expectations and you want to return it. Dell will charge you £20 odd for carriage
