    Does anyone experience difficulty to view the Dell Outlet's stock?

    On average, I may be able to view the laptops' inventory in the Dell Outlet once a day or so. Do you experience the same thing?

    Did Dell set up some blockage?

    I've never experienced it, but it might be when they are updating their inventory, they take their site down. I've noticed with online vendors like bestbuy.com, they take their website offline everynight for an hour or so to update everything.

    Yes... I have this problem. If your on a network problems when sites don't load could be caused by an ip address conflict. I usually reset my router and modem, and stuff loads just fine =)
