Does anyone have a 1520 with the 1440x900 that is not grainy?

From the threads I've read, it seems like everyone with the 1440x900 res screens on their 1520s is having problems with graininess. Does anyone have this screen that is NOT having this problem?

So there is some hope? I ordered the 1440x900 screen for my 1520 and I'm starting to get a little worried with all the threads about graininess on that particular screen.

I'm also waiting on ordering one, I want one so badly. This laptop is absolutely perfect, and this problem is scaring me from taking a chance and ordering one. It would just totally suck to order it, and have to send it back cuz of problems.

Mine is no grainier than any other laptop I've used. I was quite relieved when I booted her up the first time.

so question...do all the laptops that have been coming in lately (with 1440x900) have clear screens? I'm hoping that the graininess was just a problem with the first batch of inspirons that were sent out.

Considering that I received my laptop just 3 days ago and it has a grainy screen, I'm in question as to whether the new screens are really any better, or if something else is a factor behind this...
