    Hi,

I have google and haven't gotten an answer for this. Has anyone try installing a 16 Gb or 32 Gb SDHC into the slot of a Dell e1505 or 6400? I was curious to see if it will work.

I used a 8gb SDHC (Transend) with my old E1505.

    Worked fine.

With a 16 or 32gb I would say yes it would work but im not a 100% on it.

Thanks! In the spec, it did not list SDHC, but I notice several post indicating with folks who are using 4 Gb SDHC cards. I am thinking that if it support SDHC, I should be able to use up to a 32 Gb card.

As a follow up, I purchased a 32Gb SDHC class 6 card and inserted it into the Dell e1505. The SD reader managed to read it under windows XP. which was surprising since the specification did not list SDHC as a format.

I formatted it to exFat format and plan to use it for versioning.
