I called Dell about it and apparently...they only sell it WITH an entire new keyboard.
I'm talking about the flat D620 trackpoint cap by the way. It's similar to IBM's flat ones and feels much better than the old convex one.

Nah, it's a matter of preference more than necessity.
I just enjoy the feel of the flat trackpoint caps more. And, since I use the trackpoint most of the time I figured it'd be worth the trouble to try to find a D620 one. -

Here's the pointing stick cap replacement for the Precision M65 for $9 US, should be the same new cap as the other recent Latitudes.
