If you customize a Studio 1537 you are never offered the remote control under accessories, however if you customize a 1535 there is a "Multimedia Accessories" category with the $15 remote. Does the remote now come with all the newer models, or is this just some kind of glitch?

It's probably just overlooked by Dell, but it isn't included.

Thanks ... I took a look on eBay and there's a guy selling new Dell travel remotes for $15 shipped ... they're kinda gray and dull though, not like the one I see in the Studio 15 pictures.

    I came across this thread:

There is also a guy selling a bunch of HP remotes for $9 shipping, black and they look a lot nicer. It appears they are standard MCE devices. It also appears that Dell uses a non-standard microsoft ehome driver that only works with their remotes, but if you change it to a standard driver any MCE remote will work.

I think I'll pick up one of the HP remotes ... maybe it's possible to remove the HP logo
