    Does the inspiron 6000 support ddr2 533Mhz RAM?

    I know that the new 915 chipset is supposed to support ram at 533mhz but i can't find anywhere whether or not the inspiron 6000 will actually allow you to upgrade yourself the memory to ddr2 533mhz memory. if anyone knows better, please, by all means let me know.

    Yeah the 915Chipset does support DDR and DDR2 so you will be able to upgrade yourself.

    PS. www.crucial.com sells DDR2 for the i6000.
