    The laptop is mainly for college, maybe some light gaming, but the X1400 is more than plenty.

    looks like a decent laptop to me for college work, and able to handle some games.

    That's a pretty good deal. How did you get that configuration at 769 + tax?

    I was reading a review for it on this site and under the price comparision I went to the one for $749 and it came with that configuration, then I added bluetooth for $20. Here is a number I found during my checkout for this model.
    "4 BNDWEXP" just search for that at dell and it brings it up.

    congrats on your GREAT purchase i also have a 6400, although it matches most of my specs i personally needed the extra HD space, enjoy it!

    i got the same deal as urs..almost same..but pathetic 950 GMA..and deal was 770 after tax... :D

    Same here, I didnt get the video upgrade. But I used a business partner account, got the 6400, coreduo 1.73/2 gigs/160g 5400 for $680. Its alot larger than my old D600 and not as portable.
