Hey I have a question for the fellow M1330 users. Does your M1330 vibrate? Mine does and I can hear a little vibration when the notebook is sitting on the wooden desk. It's not that bad to the point that it makes the desk vibrate. But I can hear it (adds more noises to the cpu whine). Does your M1330 vibrate as much as mine when the fan is off? Is it normal?

Some discs in my optical drive result in vibration on my M1330.

I don't notice any vibrations except what the fans and drives normally cause in any computer.

Fan, Harddrive, and slo loading drive sometimes cause small vibrations..nothing too major

Make sure the desk/table you're working at is even.
I've noticed that there are alot of surfaces that aren't even and therefore cause the laptop to wobble back and forth

But when I put my hands on the notebook, I hardly feel it shakinig. It's just that when it's sitting on the table, it makes a very very very tiny vibrating nosie.

The hard drive in my m1330 vibrates a bit. Not noticeable though. I'd say it's your desk that's making the noise.

Right, that's what I meant to see. The vibration of the laptop itself doesn't make any noise. It's that little vibration that makes the desk make noise.

Strange...try putting your laptop on multiple desks/tables and see if you still get the noise

The Sony SZ I saw in Best Buy was vibrating. The store was too noisy to hear it, but you could feel it if you touched the laptop. I assumed it was the hard drive causing it.

The one I just got and am getting replaced vibrates like there is no tomorrow.
No wobble, and only when you put your hands on the top or bottom of it.
    Both sides of the pad.
I just couldn't stand it so if my new one vibrates.. "gooooodbye"
