Dell is recommending a PC restore on my daughter's 1520. The computer can access wireless sites that are not encrypted. But if they are encrypted, the wireless will not respond.

So I need to save her iTunes and all her music then reinstall on the computer after the restore. Is it as simple as saving the iTunes file? Seems like there is something more complicated than that?

You need to save all the music and videos, and after you restore the computer, download iTunes again and copy back all the media.

So Lithus- you are saying to just copy all of my Daughter's personal files (including iTunes) and it is as simple as reloading iTunes and then copying all of her files back on the freshly reformated 1520? Sounds too easy.
