A suitable drive was not detected please cancel or save this project, attach a drive then check for drives above.
When ever I try to copy a DVD or CD I get this message.
    Can anyone help me?
    Thanks.

Check your device manager (right click on my computer-->properties-->hardware tab-->device manager) and make sure that the cd/dvd drive is showing up with no yellow questionmarks.

If it is showing up, then you might need to update the driver. You can find the current drivers at support.dell.com
