How do I know what drivers I need for my 1530? According to http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=157838 I should have multiple "checked" drivers, but the only driver that shows up "checked" is a NIC driver called "Marvell Ethernet USB".
What other drivers do I need?
I've manually installed (based on guesses since these were the only drivers available in their respective categories):
NIC: Marvell Ethernet USB
Mouse: Dell Touchpad
System Apps: Dell Quickset
Misc: Integrated Webcam
Audio: Sigmatel
Video: nVidia8600GT
Misc Apps: UPEK touchstrip reader
(Fyi, I have the default configuration Dell wireless card, not the Intel-n card.)

just go to the dell website and download the drivers that you need.

Vista will download most of the drivers automatically through Windows Update. (I guess if you're on wireless only then you may want the networking driver before reinstalling, just in case.) Anything else that Windows doesn't grab for you, you can just grab from Dell's site (support section) later.

Download all the drivers from the Dell website and let Windows update do the rest. Heres the site for your convenience:

Hope it helps
