    Hi,

I've taken delivery of my 1530! EAD was 9th may, so I'm ecstatic.

I've just been de-bloating it, and I think I've installed all the drivers needed, but have 3 warnings in Device Manager:

    Other Devices
    Base System Device
    Base System Device
    Base System Device

    properties show

    PCI bus 3, device 9, function 2
    PCI bus 3, device 9, function 3
    PCI bus 3, device 9, function 4

Any idea? Or have I been stupid and left something obvious out.

    Thanks,

    Ben

I'd guess you need the chipset driver.

    Try this

Thanks for the advise, but still doesn't work.

What exactly runs from the PCI bus? Any ideas?

Apart from the device manager warning, I can't actually notice anything wrong, but then again, I've only been using it for an hour lol.. and its flying.

Well the only other thing with 3 functions from the same device is the Ricoh Card reader (at least on mine).

    Ricoh Card reader driver here

Doesn't the driver cd have a prog that scans and installs what you need? Never used it as I clean installed and installed downloaded drivers.

Plenty goes through the PCI buss - graphics, wifi card, modem, USB, webcam etc
