I ordered a XPS1210 with 2 GB of 667 mhz of RAM, but I used Everest to test my system yesterday and it said that I only had 333 mhz... Am I reading the results wrong?

open up calculator and multiply 333 x 2. Also, know that the reason you multiply by 2 is because ddr stands for double data rate.

DDR stands for dual data rate. Take 667/2 and you get 333mhz. You have DDR 667 with a frequency of 333.

Your CPU uses this number to derive the 2.33 ghz (not 100% about core 2 duo workings). Multiplier should be 10 for the CPU. 10*333=2330mhz=2.33ghz

DDR 400 is 200 mhz or pc3200. Ram is a language in it's self.
