    hi everyone!

finally recieved my D630 yesterday, and its been running fine since then (installed my copy of vista ultimate). However i cant seem to get the dynamic switching for the cpu to work. I installed NHC (notebook hardware control) to check my temps, and i noticed that the cpu is only polling between say 1795 and 1700. Im using the powersaver profile and the setting for lowest cpu performance is 5%.

Not really happy with vista either, thinking of changing back to xp and having a dualboot with xp and opensuse. vista has like 10-20% cpu load when im doing nothing but typing this, maybe thats whats causing the cpu to work at full load.
