So my E1405 has been in the boxing stage for over a week (ordered 5/3, went into boxing on 5/4). Last night I checked the status and suddenly it says "cancelled due to invalid configuration." The only thing I can think of is that I did order it over the phone and ask for bluetooth, and the sales rep added the bluetooth module to the order. Maybe this is "invalid?" But why would this come up after the computer is already built and being shipped to the US?

    I'm so annoyed.

I would call customer service. You need to negotiate for an upgrade of something for your troubles (ie more RAM, bigger HD or something).

I just tried calling. The sales rep was horrible, had no explanation as to why the order was cancelled so late in the game, and tried to order another one for me but screwed up all the components. I will just wait and talk to my EPP rep tomorrow.
