For the E1505 and D820 owners, are you satisified with the screen resolution? I really like the Sony Vaio screens, very crisp and bright. Can I expect the same or similar screen display on these two notebooks. Unfortunately I am not within 400 miles of a dell store.

The D820 is similar in build to my old computer. Screen brightness is good but not as good as Sony. The biggest trade off is case durability and battery life of the Sony.

If you want the best screens buy a Fujitsu. Best of the best.

Definitely Fujitsu, Sony, and then HP. Can't go wrong with these brand names.

I don't complain at my 6400 (e1505) WSXGA 1680X1050 screen, I love it. At first it was weird as I'm used to the matte CTX screens in my office, but now I couldn't wish for another.
