    1. can i get one 1GB to make the ram total to 1.5GB

    2. I know there is diff speed for the ram 550Mhz and 667Mhz, which one do i need?

    1.) yes.
    2.) It's 533 and 667; you may use either--I'd get whatever's cheaper; not really a performance difference.
3.) Any brand with lifetime warranty is good. Take a look at www.newegg.com

200 PIN SODIMM is what you want.

    good luck

I would recomend 2GB for Vista but yes you can run 1.5GB
What is your FSB? I ask because E1505 listed 533 and 667. I your FSB is 553 no point in getting PC5300/5400 667Mhz RAM as it will run at 533Mhz. CPU-Z will give you that info.
If you are going to use a 512MB stick you already have find out what speed it is and buy the same speed RAM. RAM brand does not really matter. Just buy from a good retailer and you should get a lifetime warranty. Check out RAM deals on this sight all have lifetime warranty.

It means Front Side Bus. Wikipedia.org explains well.

You have a 667 MHz FSB, most likely--what CPU do you have?

If you run 533 MHz memory, it will not make much difference because the CAS latency is lower.
