    Hi all,

I have the 9400 with 1gig of 667 ram, I see the price is alot more for 667mhz than the 533mhz. Ive read that people are using the 533mhz but will i notice any difference if i buy 2gig of the cheaper stuff?
If my t2400 1.83 core duo uses 667 then thats what i'll get but the question is do i need it?

I will be buying from crucial in the uk.

    Thanks alot

I don't think there is too much difference in speed between 533 and 667. If you can't afford 667 then 533 is fast enough. What is the price difference between the two speeds of RAM?

Well buying 2 gig it will be £75, this is what ,makes me ask this question. If im not going to lose performance i will get the 533 but im not going to sacrifice the performance for anything.

    cheers

Unless you're running huge 3D modeling apps., you should be fine. You probably won't notice anything when playing regular games when comparing 533MHz RAM to 667MHz RAM.
