Hi guys. When I got to dell to download my device drivers for my E1705, the only one I don't know is my Display Device.
    http://support.dell.com/support/dow...s=dhs&SystemID=INS_PNT_P4_9400&os=WW1&osl=EN#

Can anyone tell me which one i should download?
    Dell 1505FP?,Dell 1704FPT?...etc....???? which one???????

I have the 17 inch UltraSharp Wide Screen UXGA with TrueLife LCD.
Also, 256MB DDR NVIDIA GeForce Go 7800.

    Thanks.

The display device is for external monitors only.

Your LCD doesn't have a driver -- it is in the BIOS. The closest thing to its driver would be the video card driver.

Thanks. Why would they have it there then?. They should have this in the monitor section. Well, thanks again.

Well they called their external monitors Displays, and so those drivers are for the displays that they sell.
