    Hi all,

If I were to order this machine, with the current graphics card option of the "256MB ATI MOBILITY RADEON X 1400", would I be able to plug in an external monitor (a 19" CRT) in addition to running the notebook's monitor for a dual monitor setup.....right out of the box?

    Thanks very much!

I still have the old Inspiron 4150 (C640) with the ATI 7500 Mobility - I'm able to power both an external and laptop screen at the same time by using the Extend my windows desktop onto this monitor function in your display properties settings
