When you order the base 512 MB of RAM (533MHz) Do they give you a single 512 card, or is it two 256? (Or can it be either?)

Also what kind of difference is there between 533 MHz and 667? And can you mix 533 MHz with 667?

There is very little difference between 533 and 667 when it comes down to it... Really... like 5% difference when compared. Unless you simply love to have the top of the notch hardware... dont waste ur money.
As for the 512 RAM... dont even go there. its wrothwhile to upgrade to 1 Gb. 512 will slow ur system down like mad regardless of whether it is 533Mhz or 10000000 Mhz.... Invest into quantity. If there is money left, then invest into quality. :)

Well... heh the thing is I spent all my money on the notebook. So if I get the 1 GB of RAM, I will only be able to afford one game. And thats no good lol.

This is the first good GPU I have ever had in my computer, so I want a game with really good graphics. Although I want RCT3 the most, it's graphics aren't so good. But Tomb Raider legend is another game I want, and that looks like it will put my system to good use.

So I really want both, but I wont be able to get them if I buy the 1 GB. :\

Well when you ordered it should have told you if it is 1 So-Dimm or 2. Most likely it is 2x256. For now, just stick with 512, but if you want to game...I would really recommend at least 1GB of RAM.

You will notice a big difference.
