My E1705 is having trouble booting up and I'm not sure what the problem is. When I try to boot it up normally , it has trouble but when I run it in safe mode, windows starts up just fine.

Anyone know what the problem could be??

You need to be more specific than "trouble" but if it boots up fine in safe mode a program or driver is causing the problem. Did you recently install/change anything?

Normally if your having issues booting up into Windows it is usually related to something you had installed. If you can boot in Windows Safe Mode that is a good sign. What I would suggest is remove any programs that you recently added. You also can go through MSCONFIG and disable some of the start up options, because it could be related to a Program starting at startup. You can also look at your Windows Services as well.
