I just ordered an E1705 with the 7800 Go. I've been reading that there have been some heat issues.

Is there anyway to fix this? Maybe mount it higher up into the air with books will be good enough? Or by a laptop cooler? If so, which laptop cooler would you recommend that could cool/hold such a big laptop?

Same concern here. Ordered mine from Dell just last morning with Go7800/CoreDuo 2.0 for about $1300 with coupons. As well, would like to protect my investment against overheating and my own lap from frying!

just take 7-up or pepsi caps and put them under the lappie, that will help with the cooling :)

I figured buying a laptop cooler would be best, but which one would be good for such a big laptop?

really? interesting...no heat issues at all? Do you prop it up with coke bottle caps? Do you play games or watch DVDs?
