Started seeing a blue screen then a reboot a few weeks ago. Got progressively worse so I contacted Dell through email. I use this laptop for business. The rep replied with a couple tests to run but they didn't fix anything. I thought it was a virus which came through the Chrome browser and thought I fixed it but it wasn't fixed.
Dell sent me a box to send it in and 3 days later I had a new HD and they cleaned the outside of the computer up so it looked like it was new. Very impressed!
Happy that I had the chance to back up before sending it though. :)
    Go Dell!
