This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     EMBASSY Trust Suite (Fingerprint) on Vista x64

    Hi,

    I have just installed Vista Ultimate x64 on my new D830. So far I have not experienced any problems with the x64 based operating system. However, the software for use with the fingerprint reader is not available in a x64 edition.

    Can I use the standard x86 version? Have anyone else tried this?

    As of right now, the software is still not available on Dell's website. The driver is fully available, but the EMBASSY Trust Suite is not.
