Why does dell prioritize their customers? Maybe someone can explain to me the business logic behind having EPP customers wait a month to get their laptop? I ordered a 1420 on the 29th with basic features nothing too crazy, black case. The exact same laptop ordered through the conventional dell.com would be shipped by the 8th. But I won't be receiving it until the 28-30th of august! Man that computer is going to drop like $100 by then. Sorry for the negativity but I suppose that this forum is just made for people to vent. I need my laptop because I'm starting law school part time. damn.

I guess Dell feels that there is a trade off for the supposed EPP discount (which is about the same for Home Office Users).

Do you think I should cancel and go through home office? They give me a three year warranty with in home service with this. And they threw in a $50 coupon that I can basically use as a gift certificate. What do you guys think?
