Hi i just tried to re-formatt my Dell Inspiron 6400 however on the Symantics page after about 30% of the way through it said that there was "Error EC 950025 No factory recovery point"

Anyway so I decided to exit that and it automatically restarted the laptop.

However it now comes up with this message

    "

    PRB 2 . . . done

    A disk read error occurred
    Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

    "

Anyway so i do that but then it does the same thing so its like a loop.

Help, i'm not great with computers, can anyone help me.

    Thankyou
