    Dell just shipped my system, but it gave me an updated est delivery date that seems highly unlikely. I opted for the 3-5 business days method but it says that the system was shipped today (sept 5th) and will arrive monday (sept 8th).

    How accurate has has your est. delivery dates been?

    Mine would've been pretty accurate, except a part was on backorder...so they had to cancel and *refresh* the order (new order)...so 8 days took about 3 weeks...(this was back in 1/08).

    When is was shipped I was upgraded to Next Day early AM....worked out good..the build took longer of course...but the delivery worked out just fine for me!

    I'm not sure where you're located, but my order was shipped on the 4th and is sitting in Eastern Washington right now. It should be here Monday. I was a bit skeptic like you, but it seems likely that it will actually arrive when Dell said it would. Talk about a long month of waiting . . .
