beautiful place. people make decent money. about 20k american per yer. which realitevely speaking, compared to their cost of living, is actually quite decent, like 50-60k a year for Americans. this is coming from a friend who had several uncles work there. oh, they also change their names too to sound more american like joe smith. So be nice to them when you call up. They are just doing their job.

Or the chats about how they complained about some stupid minute problem with a laptop that they bought for $1200 and today its going for $2000 on the Dell website, and they still manage to sell back Windows Vista, get a free Timbuk2 bag, and get a $100 coupon, then sell the bag.
Think they feel cool? -
some people just feel the need to be powerful. dell's problems are certainly inexcusable, but by no means does it give people leave to be discourteous and condescending to people simply trying to do their jobs.

I agree to treat the rep on the phone badly is not right. Also I read comments that are racist all the time. India is a very good option for US and many other Countries as they are relatively educated and English speakers. And no I never wondered where they are , I have Google Earth.

There is a DELL office in Bangalore too you know...
