I bought a Dell 1525 couple weeks ago and today it just got into shipped mode but I've been thinking and I want to get a desktop instead, would I be able to do that? And if so how would I go about it? Oh and if the desktop I want is cheaper than the laptop was, would I get some money back for the difference? Sorry for all the ?'s but I was dumb and rushed into getting a laptop and now I've realized a desktop would be more to my liking. Thanks guys.

You should be able to do it. You have to cancel your current order, and then you would place the new order for the desktop (try to do this with a rep, as the process will go much smoother, and you can ask him all your questions). I don't know exactly how the money will be wired back into you account, but you will receive the difference for sure.
