Telephone rep told me 6-8 weeks before express upgrades will be shipped....what a joke. Should've just waited to order my laptop with Vista preinstalled.

Well that does kind of suck, it would have been nice if there was some indication how long it would take when the program was started.

I just bought mine and supposedly it comes with Vista on it .. if it doesn't, I'm going to be pisssed .. but hey, I don't have a laptop now -- so I can't complain.

I was told I will get mine before next Friday, hope they aren't lying to me. It also depends on when you sent in the request cause I did mine like the first week after they had the program

I had two customer service reps tell me via phone and live chat that I hadn't even placed the order, but later today it finally showed up in order status screen. Still never received an email for confirmation...weren't you supposed to get one?

I can get home premium oem for $112 so might just get that then sell my upgrade for $50 or something on Ebay when I get it. Not upgrading anything until Dell comes out with a wireless driver for my 1390 card.

I ordered mine in November so I'm hoping they do ship in the next week or so but I just have a bad feeling about it.
