Finally i got my Vista express upgrade DVD (Home premium) yesterday though there wasn't any change in my status in their website.

I already run windows vista without using any key (by using the DVD i got from one of my friend) and rearmed once (you could postpone activating upto 120 days using rearm command or using a minor registry hack upto 360 days) :D. I was too lazy  to reinstall vista with the DVD i got from dell and just entered my OEM key and surprise  my copy of vista got activated (No double installation using vista DVD or no upgrade from XP MCE).

Just wondering, do they actually ship you a Dell DVD or a Microsoft DVD?

One vista home premium express upgrade (OEM) DVD and a Driver DVD with upgrade assistant.
