If I selected this option when I purchased my notebook, will Dell send me a Vista upgrade disc without me having to do anything?

Or at least you could if the site was up. I was told we could register today and the site would be working. Up to yesterday it said to check back after 4pm GST, but now even that has been taken off. I am not sure why I keep buying from Dell, seems I run into a problem every time I do. From what I have been reading, looks like it will be 6-8 weeks before they will be sending out the upgrades.
