    What is the build quality of Dell?? or is it worth buying an extended warranty, £125 for 3yrs, as a rule of thumb don't most problems occur in the first year while the system is bedding in?

    So is it just throwing money away, did you extend yours? :)

    I suppose I personally wouldn't buy a laptop without a three-year warranty in the first place as those are probably the ones that need it most.

    Nonetheless, most of the time you're probably fine either way.
