    Hi,
My Studio 1535 is with integrated VC Intel GMA3100, but it's not good for playing games, so I'm thinking of getting a external video card, but i'm not sure that the motherboard has a PCI-E slot and supports external video cards. I've checked the motherboard specs (Intel GM965) and it says the MB has a slot, but i want to be 100% sure before buying a VC. There is a Studio model with Ati HD 3450, but I'm thinking about something faster like HD4500 or GF 8800/9800 Series. Can you help me with some info to choose the optimal solution for me?

Thanks for the info. I'm also wondering about getting an internal ( PCI-E slot) video card, but i'm not sure is it compatible with the laptop and would it worth the price and respectively the performance of the GPU. I've read that GM chipset works only with integrated VC and doesn't support internal ones, but anyway i'm asking for a second opinion.
